Clarissa janeen
I love helping to bring stories to life! As an author with experience behind the scenes of both traditional and self-publishing, I know how much work it takes to see a story from inspiration to publication.
My editing experience spans from flash fiction, to picture books, to full length novels and I have helped writers from the earliest stages of drafting through copy editing. One of my edited titles received the Readers' Favorite Award.
My short stories, poetry, creative nonfiction, and critical essays have been published in a number of outlets. I am a winner of the Dazed Starling Alumni Writing Contest for prose.
My illustrations have also been published in literary magazines and children's literature, featuring a combination of traditional and digital mediums.
